Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
Size issues
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged product
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in case of wrong or defective products.
You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup.
Upon receiving the product back, we will issue a credit note equal to the product value.
The credit note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase on Kayabandh.
Important Notes
No exchange or return will be accepted after 3 days of delivery.
Products bought on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange and return approvals are subject to a quality check upon receiving the product.
