Return & Exchange Policy – Kayabandh

At Kayabandh, we strive to deliver quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Exchange Policy

• We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged product

• To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only in case of wrong or defective products.

• You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup.

• Upon receiving the product back, we will issue a credit note equal to the product value.

• The credit note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase on Kayabandh.

Important Notes

• No exchange or return will be accepted after 3 days of delivery.

• Products bought on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Exchange and return approvals are subject to a quality check upon receiving the product.
